What is the goal of the Cornell ILR Job Search Platform?
Great question! The goal of the platform is to help you find a job and to better understand how the job search process works. The platform was designed by the Cornell ILR Job Search Lab at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, and contrary to other platforms, does not have any profit motive. The platform team includes professors Michèle Belot and Philipp Kircher, postdoctoral research associate Bart de Koning, and graduate student Vaios Triantafyllou.
For more information, please visit the Cornell University page for the study. You can also find more information about the research team and other activities of the lab there.
